About Us

Scott Tolbert was born in Jefferson, Georgia in 1966 and has been a life-long resident ever since. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1988 and from John Marshall Law School in 1993. In addition to being a practicing attorney, Scott has served as Judge of the Municipal Courts of Pendergrass, Nicholson, and Maysville, as Mayor of Pendergrass, and as a member of the Georgia General Assembly.
His practice is focused on Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Criminal Defense and Domestic Law. For those seeking representation that is both highly competent and personal, Scott is the best possible choice in the Northeast Georgia area.
